- ITSI requires its own licence in addition to the Splunk Enterprise licence, both installed on the license manager. ITSI ships an internal stack ("IT Service Intelligence Internals *DO NOT COPY*") that counts notable events and episodes from Event Analytics so they do not consume the Splunk Enterprise licence; it should be disregarded when calculating daily usage.
