Splunk Enterprise licence pools are carved from stacks; Trial, Free, Dev/Test and Forwarder licences have no stacks or pools

- Enterprise and Sales Trial licenses can be stacked to add volume; daily volume is tracked and warnings raised at stack or pool level. Stacks and pools are not available for Enterprise Trial, Free, Dev/Test and Forwarder licences, and installing a Dev/Test license over an Enterprise license deletes the Enterprise license.
