ABP unused balance rolls over up to 20% per annual period

- At the end of each annual period, unused ABP Subscription Balance of an instance may roll over to the next period of the same instance, up to 20% of the value of the ABP Products quoted in that period. Balance left at the end of the Initial Term follows the Carry Forward rule (up to 1/12 of the final-year commitment on a qualifying renewal; otherwise forfeited).
