- Firewall renewals FAQ: renewal orders must include the firewall serial number; an XGS appliance bought with the Xstream Protection bundle must renew Xstream Protection. The renewal starts the day after the existing subscription expires (or on activation if it had already lapsed). Legacy XG Protect bundles were migrated and may need several products to keep the same features.
