- EUT s.9.5 makes the right to use a Product and its features subject to the end-of-life policy on the product lifecycle page; the customer must review it. The Hardware Terms point to the same Retirement Calendar and give no refund for discontinued hardware unless law requires one (three-year straight-line depreciation).
