- MDR Service Description s.2.2: Time to Respond within 60 minutes for 90% of Priority Investigations monthly; missing it in more than three months in a rolling 12 months earns a credit of the lesser of 5% of the previous billing cycle's fees or USD 5,000, applied to the next term and forfeited if the subscription lapses. The SLA applies per customer or per MSP Beneficiary.
