- Snowflake Terms of Service (last updated 2026-04-16) Section 7.5: Snowflake may suspend the Snowflake Offerings if any Fees are 30 days or more overdue (unless subject to a good-faith Payment Dispute under Section 6.3, which pauses suspension and termination for non-payment for 30 days), for breach of the General Restrictions or Use Obligations, to avoid material harm, or as required by law.
