- Snowflake Marketplace Capacity Drawdown Program Terms (last updated 2026-03-31) Section 2: a customer may apply up to the MCD Cap stated in an MCD Order Form toward Marketplace Transactions for the Subscription Term; the MCD Balance must be paid before it can be applied; once exhausted, Product Costs are paid under the Provider and Consumer Terms. If Service consumption reaches committed Capacity minus the MCD Cap, the remaining MCD Balance is applied to Service consumption and is no longer available. Unconsumed Capacity from expired Order Forms may not be applied to the MCD Balance; any remaining MCD Balance transfers back to the Capacity balance on termination or expiration.
