- Snowflake Collaboration Rebate Terms (last updated 2025-06-18) Section 4.1.1: a Provider with 50 or more Stable Edges at the start of the calendar month receives a Rebate of 50% of the Snowflake Credits consumed by Consumers attributed to Qualifying Jobs, divided by the number of participating Snowflake customers. A Stable Edge is a share that produced at least 20 compute-consuming jobs in each of two successive three-week periods (Section 2.15). The Balance excludes Drawdowns, free credits, Service Level Credits, Technical Services, Priority Support and VPS deployment fees.
