- Snowflake Terms of Service (last updated 2026-04-16) Section 1.2: an Affiliate that executes its own Order Form establishes a new and separate agreement with the Snowflake entity signing it, and the Order Form may modify tax and governing law terms for other countries. Section 12(F): the liability caps apply on an aggregated basis across all such Affiliate agreements.
