- U.S. Public Sector Addendum (replacing MSA §11.1): unless otherwise agreed, the term is 12 months and renews only if a new Purchase Order is placed with the Partner. The commercial MSA's automatic renewal and 120% renewal uplift therefore do not apply; uninstall is required within 30 days after termination. (effective 2026-05-14)
