- Singularity Platform Terms §3(ii)-(iii): the customer may not license, sublicense, resell, distribute, lease, rent, lend or transfer the Singularity Platform, and may not use it other than for its internal business operations, including by offering any portion as benefits or services to third parties. Service providers need a separate MSSP agreement. (effective 2026-05-14)
