- MSA §5.1.2 and §11.3: no refunds or credits are issued for paid Fees. Pro-rata refunds of unused prepaid Fees apply only where the customer terminates for SentinelOne's uncured material breach or SentinelOne terminates under §8.2 (non-conformity) or §9.1 (infringement). Late Fees incur 3% interest and non-payment allows suspension. (effective 2026-06-24)
