- Sage End User License Agreement s.2.2: a perpetual licence evidenced by the Order Form allows use for the term of the Agreement; a subscription allows use for the period stated on the Order Form. A subscriber may terminate on 30 days notice with a refund of unused prepaid fees, after which the Software may revert to read-only mode; reducing users or modules is not a termination and gives no refund.
