- EULA s.4.H: RSA or its auditors may audit usage no more than once a year at RSA's expense with at least 30 days' notice during business hours, and may remotely monitor the quantity of licences in use on an ongoing basis. Excess usage must be reconciled and invoiced; the customer consents to automatic billing for overutilization up to list price.
