- SCSA §1.2.25 (Rev. April 2026): for locally installed Software the Use Type is Named Use, Device Use, Site Use, Capacity-Based Use, Capability Use or subscription; for Cloud Services it is subscription access. Use Types may be used individually or combined. The Order Form sets out the Software, Term of Use and Use Type (§1.2.15).
