Term of Use renews automatically unless 90 days’ notice

- SCSA §1.12.1 (Rev. April 2026): after the Initial Term each Software offering’s Term of Use renews automatically for the period in the renewal Order Form unless either party gives written notice of non-renewal at least 90 days before expiry. The Support Policy §5 applies the same 90-day rule to Support Services.
