- SCSA §3.4.4 (Rev. April 2026): Software (including firmware updates) for a Rockwell Automation product may be downloaded and used only if the product was legitimately acquired from an authorised Rockwell Automation source without unauthorised modifications; products bought from unauthorised sources, such as unauthorised online resellers, carry no right to download Software or firmware.
