- SCSA §1.4.7 (Rev. April 2026): the customer may not use hardware, software or programming techniques to pool connections, reroute information or reduce the number of required licences that directly access or use the Software. §1.4.6 also prohibits use in violation of the metrics and usage limits in the Order Form.
