- SCSA §3.4.1 (Rev. April 2026): on-premise Software may not be provided, utilised or commercially hosted as an application service provider for third parties. §1.4.2 also bars sublicensing, renting, leasing or otherwise making the Software available to third parties except as expressly stated.
