- SCSA §1.3.1 (Rev. April 2026): subject to compliance, timely payment and any activation process, Rockwell Automation grants a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence (or, for Cloud Services, a right during the Term of Use) to use the Software per the Documentation and Order Form for the customer’s own internal business purposes.
