- PyPI Terms of Service (effective 2025-02-25), section 3.4 "License Grant to Us": if uploaded Content does not come with a royalty-free licence that already allows free redistribution (an "Included License"), the uploader grants the PSF and all other users of the service an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, nonexclusive licence to reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, perform and publish the Content. The grant does not give the PSF the right to sell the Content.
