- PuTTY 0.85 source archive, ssh/crc-attack-detector.c: the cryptographic attack detector is copyright 1998 CORE SDI S.A. and carries its own permissive notice permitting redistribution and use in source and binary forms, with or without modification, provided the copyright notice is retained; CORE SDI S.A. is also named among the portions copyright holders in the PuTTY LICENCE. In a search of the 0.85 archive, the other per-file notices (utils/tree234.c, tree234.h, otherbackends/testback.c) repeat the MIT-style permission notice for PuTTY authors, so this file is the only one with differently worded terms (FAQ A.10.1: PuTTY is almost completely composed of code written from scratch).
