- ThingWorx Licensing Basis (Eng. rev. Apr 2026): under both the SCP and SCO models the Customer may not use ThingWorx to develop applications made available to third parties (except, under SCP, to make its own physical products internet-enabled), and may not let its customers install ThingWorx on their or third-party premises. ThingWorx may be used at any Customer site worldwide notwithstanding the country-of-installation restriction, subject to export law.
