- Under both of the models, it is not permitted to: (a) use the ThingWorx Licensed Products in order to develop applications that Customer makes available for use by third parties (except under the ThingWorx SCP model to make Customer’s physical products internet-enabled), or (b) allow the Customer’s customers to install the Licensed Products either on such customers’ premises or at third party premises for such customers.
