- Kepware Licensing Basis (Eng. rev. December 2025): where the product description includes “Subscription Conversion” or “Conversion”, the Customer converts perpetual licenses to subscription licenses, can no longer use the perpetual licenses and must return them for obsolescence. The same Licensing Basis defines a Subscription as a term license that includes Support Services.
