- PTC Support Services Terms and Conditions (Rev. July 2025): customers with subscription licenses, or perpetual licenses on active support, get home use licenses for listed products (Creo Engineer and Essentials subscription: one per node-locked license, two per floating or Global license; Mathcad Professional subscription: two per individual, three per floating or Global). Home use licenses are limited to the same users, must be on personal computers not used in the workplace, may be used for commercial work away from the workplace, and expire at the end of the current subscription or support period.
