- Support Policy s.4.1: Enterprise Plan Services carry a 99.9% monthly uptime commitment excluding Scheduled Maintenance; chronic failure (three consecutive months or four in twelve) allows termination as the sole remedy. Plans bought before 2026-03-01 stay on the legacy policy until term end.
