- Software License Descriptions: if the Order Form states no term it is 12 months from the Subscription Start Date. EULA s.11.1: unless either party gives written notice at least 30 days before the term ends, it extends for another 12 months on each anniversary; payment or purchase order is needed before renewal or the term ends.
