- Data Protection ALA (5200-1998): from Data Protector 2018.11 (10.20), Backup Sets cannot collectively exceed the licensed TB; Backup Sets whose components are all older than 90 days do not count; if incrementals ran in the past 90 days, the latest full backup counts even if older. Only full backups count in full/incremental/differential schemes, a synthetic full counts under incremental forever, chunked volume backups are summed, and secondary copies (Object Copy, ARS) are not counted.
