- Horizon 8 docs: perpetual or term customers upgrading to Horizon 8 2412 or later must obtain a new licence key from Omnissa Customer Connect that uses the Omnissa licensing module; without it, Horizon Console enters restricted mode after a 60-day grace period. SaaS subscription licences do not use keys.
