- GPL-3.0 section 4: verbatim copies may be conveyed in any medium provided each copy carries an appropriate copyright notice, all licence and warranty-disclaimer notices are kept intact, and every recipient is given a copy of the licence. Notepad++ ships the licence as license.txt in the installation directory.
