- GPL-3.0 section 10: a conveyor may not impose any further restrictions on the exercise of the rights granted or affirmed by the licence; each recipient automatically receives a licence from the original licensors. Section 2: sublicensing is not allowed. A redistributor's EULA therefore cannot restrict copying or modifying the Notepad++ component.
