- If throughput exceeds entitled bandwidth by more than 5% for more than 5 continuous minutes twice in a rolling 12 months, the customer must buy additional packages or move up a tier within 30 days. NewEdge Express Connect applies the same test across a pair of Ports combined; bandwidth is not pooled between pairs.
