- High-Capacity Tunnels Licensing Terms: "One Subscription Unit is one pair of active-standby Tunnels. Tunnels are only purchased in pairs of active-standby tunnels." Tunnel Bandwidth is measured in Gbps as the sum of upload and download on the active Tunnel.
