- Netskope counts unique Users or Seats observed daily at account level using per-application billable-user logic; retroactive scan TB accumulate over the annual Subscription Period. Entitlements are pooled across the customer's tenants and unused allocations do not roll over. On overage Netskope may limit functionality, and the customer must buy more or cease excess use within 30 days.
