- EULA s.9: on reasonable notice NetApp and its independent accountants may examine software use annually; if over-usage or material non-compliance is found, the customer pays the additional fees and the reasonable audit costs, and NetApp may conduct further audits as needed. U.S. Government customers are not subject to audit costs. (effective 2024-12-01)
