- Cloud Volumes ONTAP documentation: each data-serving SVM with at least one read/write volume is charged at least 4 TiB; with Essentials, SVMs holding only secondary (DP) volumes are exempt, while Professional applies the minimum to all volume types. No minimum applies before volumes are provisioned. (effective 2026-09-16)
