"Subscription Software licenses cannot be transferred and perpetual Software licenses cannot be transferred to a Subscripton Software license. The transferee must have an active PLUGIN ALLIANCE account and will incur a transfer fee. Your license will automatically terminate upon any transfer of the Software."
