- Software Services Agreement §5.2(a): month-to-month customers may terminate or Downgrade at any time through N-ableMe; the change takes effect on the last day of the first full calendar month after N-able receives notice, and the plan otherwise renews for the next month. For new customers price increases occur after the twelfth month of a continuous month-to-month Term. (effective 2026-07-31)
