- MPL 2.0 Section 2.3: the licence grants no rights in the trademarks, service marks or logos of any Contributor, except as needed to comply with the notice requirements of Section 3.4. Use of the Firefox, Thunderbird and Mozilla names and logos is governed separately by the Mozilla Trademark Guidelines and the Distribution Policy. (Licence undated; released January 2012.)
