- MPL 2.0 Section 3.5: a distributor may offer, and charge for, warranty, support, indemnity or liability obligations, but only on its own behalf, must make clear the obligation is offered by it alone, and must indemnify Contributors for liability arising from those terms. Section 6 otherwise provides the software "as is". (Licence undated; released January 2012.)
