- MPL 2.0 Section 3.2(a): anyone distributing Covered Software in Executable Form must also make it available in Source Code Form and inform recipients how to obtain that source by reasonable means in a timely manner, at no more than the cost of distribution. The obligation covers the MPL files only, not the rest of a Larger Work. Redistributing Mozilla-built Firefox executables unchanged already meets it (FAQ Q7).
