- MPL 2.0 FAQ Q17 (last updated 2024-01-30): "distribute" means delivering a copy, not making functionality available over the web. Code that runs only on a server is not distributed; HTML, CSS and JavaScript sent to the client are. FAQ Q16 treats minified JavaScript as Executable Form, so Section 3.2(a) source notices apply when it is served.
