- MPL 2.0 Sections 1.12 and 3.3: where the Larger Work combines Covered Software with a work under a Secondary License (GNU GPL 2.0, LGPL 2.1, AGPL 3.0 or later versions), the MPL code may additionally be distributed under that licence, unless it is Incompatible With Secondary Licenses (Section 1.5: Exhibit B notice attached, or MPL 1.1-only code). SPDX distinguishes the two cases as MPL-2.0 and MPL-2.0-no-copyleft-exception. (Licence undated; released January 2012.)
