- Firefox Terms of Use (effective 2026-09-16): Mozilla Corporation grants a personal, non-exclusive licence to install and use the Executable Code version of Firefox from an authorized source. The source code is available under open source licences including the MPL, which allow use, copying, modification and distribution subject to those licences and the Trademark Guidelines; the Terms apply only to the Executable Code. The separate Mozilla EULA page states that there is no separate End User License Agreement for Mozilla software under MPL 2.
