- MPL 2.0 Section 3.2(b): the Executable Form may be distributed under the MPL or sublicensed under different terms, provided the executable licence does not limit or alter recipients' rights in the Source Code Form. A proprietary EULA for a product containing MPL code must therefore leave the MPL source rights intact. (Licence undated; released January 2012.)
