- MongoDB Software Support Policy §8: MongoDB has no obligation to provide Support for elements not provided by MongoDB, if the Software has been altered or modified, if it has not been used per the Documentation, “if Customer is running a version of the Software that has passed its end of life date”, or for Beta Offerings. Support is only available in English. The Cloud Services Support Policy §5 carries the same limitation for Atlas.
