Legacy v7 EULA: licences may move between Affiliates

- Under Simplified Licensing (s.14.1) licences may be transferred within the organisation between the licensee and its Affiliates, if use follows the EULA and licences match users and/or sites. Other transfers need Mitel's prior written approval and must be of all the Software.
