- GTC s.1.3: for Services provided for evaluation (Trial Services) Mimecast has no obligation to retain Customer Data after the trial, either party may terminate immediately on written notice, the SLA does not apply, the Services are provided as is and Mimecast has no indemnification or liability. Trial Services end with the Subscription Term unless the customer enters a paid subscription.
